Of the Spirit

That God has promised

We will always have

Enough of are

Love,

Joy,

Peace,

Patience,

Kindness,

Goodness,

Faithfulness,

Gentleness,

God's Eternal Word

Is sure,

For if we always

Seek to give away

The little words of hope

And helpful deeds

That He so freely gives us,

Then God will just as freely

Give us

More than we can

So which inner voice

Will you listen to?

The one that always

Pokes you?

And prods you?

And tries to make you think

You need to feed

Your own needs first?

Or the One

That always softly says,

Please seek to feed

The needs of others first,
